Your physician's office will request a download of your CPAP / BiLevel machine. Copies of this documentation will be sent to your physician's office. Downloads will allow your physician to determine the effectiveness of your sleep therapy.

We will need your assistance in obtaining the Compliance Data Card from your CPAP / BiLevel machine. You will receive a letter from us requesting your card to be mailed to us in a self-addressed envelope. At this time, you will receive a new card for your machine as well as instructions.
